Not keeping any grudges for past “fights”, Lindsay Lohan joined Paris and Nicky Hilton for a night out in Malibu on Friday.
The “Mean Girls” actress and Nicky were side-by-side while Paris walked along solo as the trio partied it up at Gladstone’s Restaurant and Bar.
Once finished at Gladstone’s, the ladies jumped into a limo and headed off to an afterparty at Paris’s Malibu beach house a few miles away.
Going smoothly for the most part, Lindsay took a tumble at some point, of which she tweeted, “Omg, I’m so embarrassed, paparazzi just blinded me with flashes again, as I was walking into dinner.” She added, “They pushed me and I tripped, hurt.”
The day before the ladies were once again together, at Giorgio Baldi.

Lindsay Lohan headed out for a little beach fun in California yesterday.
The “Georgia Rule” actress was looking quite sporty as she hit the Pacific Ocean waves during the Oakley Learn To Ride Surf Fueled By Muscle Milk event.
With celebrities such as Mark-Paul Gosselaar, Amber Lancaster and Kate Bogle also joining, LiLo posted a short and to the point message for her followers, tweeting, “Surf!”
This comes just one day after Miss Lohan made a return visit to Los Angeles’ LAX Courthouse to stand before the judge during a probation progress hearing.
Along with telling Lindsay to get moving on her 480 hours of community service, Judge Stephanie Sautner didn’t accept claims made by Lohan’s lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley that the actress was having trouble affording private psychological treatment.
“If she doesn’t have the means, she’s got to find someone to help her out,” Sautner said.

Lindsay Lohan continued to enjoy her freedom from house arrest with a trip to the beach at Paradise Cove in Malibu yesterday.
Joined by her brother, Michael Jr., and sister, Ali, the trio of siblings met up with a few friends as the “Mean Girls” star covered her face with a baseball cap while donning a cute little speckled black dress and a camera strapped around her neck.
As per our earlier post, Miss Lohan spent the previous evening celebrating her 25th with a low-key affair at the popular seaside restaurant Geoffrey’s.
Commenting on his daughter’s decision to stay in California, LiLo’s dad, Michael, told press, “She opted to stay in California instead of coming to New York because she has community service and wanted to concentrate on that. She’s doing really, really, really well.”

LiLo was joined by her younger sister, Ali, along with a few friends at the popular eatery situated on the Pacific coastline.
Earlier in the day Lindsay received an unwelcome present from the law – as paparazzi snapped up photos while a parking enforcement officer placed a ticket on her black Cadillac Escalade’s windshield after the actress parked her SUV illegally in an alley outside of her Venice home.

Making the most of her newfound freedom, Lindsay Lohan celebrated at a party in her honor in Hollywood on last evening.
The “Mean Girls” actress opted for a stop at the Lexington Supper Club for a night of dinner and reveling following her 35 days of confinement to her Venice, California condo.
Joining LiLo on her outing was fellow actor Emile Hirsch, who tried to keep the paparazzi at arm’s length.

Lindsay Lohan is a NOH8 hottie supporting gay rights
Showing her support for gay rights, Lindsay Lohan has joined forces with the NOH8 Campaign to promote ending California’s 2008 voter-approved gay marriage ban.
The “Mean Girls” actress appears in a new video to rally people behind the cause. She states, “Hi this is Lindsay Lohan. Welcome to my video. I’m at my NOH8 shoot.”
LiLo was also photographed wearing duct tape over her mouth with the NOH8 slogan written on her cheek.
Lohan joins a host of other celebrities who also support the cause, including Mya, Miss USA Alyssa Campanella, and Spanish-American actress Charo.
Lindsay Lohan escaped jail again
Despite having been faced with the possibility of serving time behind bars, Lindsay Lohan is thankful for her court hearing over an alcohol-related probation violation on Thursday.
The 24-year-old, who is currently serving a 120-day house arrest sentence, went before a Los Angeles judge to answer up after allegedly failing a court-ordered alcohol test.
However, Judge Stephanie Sautner decided that the alcohol infringement didn’t count because Lindsay’s prior judge, Eldon Fox, only required substance testing until February 25th.
Now, according to a FOX News source, LiLo is actually thankful for today’s hearing, as they explained, “Lindsay is always grateful for these situations because they bring her back into the ‘present.’”

Lindsay Lohan is always looking for a way to make a quick buck, and earlier today she was spotted advertising Blue Cig electronic cigarettes.
The “Mean Girls” actress read a script on the balcony of her Los Angeles pad while using the product for all to see.
And according to a company spokesperson, LiLo is plugging the electronic smokes to improve her overall wellness.
“Lindsay is determined to better her career and her health and has started using Blue Cigs as a deterrent to lighting up.”
Lindsay Lohan granted 2-year restraining order
She has been plagued by stalker David Cocordan for awhile now, and Lindsay Lohan can breathe easy thanks to a Santa Monica judge.
The “Mean Girls” actress was awarded a two-year restraining order against the 38-year-old man, and Cocordan has agreed to the terms.
Among the drama so far, Cocordan had been showing up at LiLo’s court appearances, leaving gifts at her house, and sending her 100s of text messages.
Currently, Lindsay is serving her 120-day jail sentence under house arrest, though she’s only expected to be homebound for 35 of those days.

Due to jail overcrowding, Lindsay will serve about a month in her Venice, California home after pleading no contest to misdemeanor grand theft.
Earlier in the week, Lohan’s faulty electronic ankle bracelet set off a false alarm, triggering authorities to believe she had broken her house detention.

Having touched down in the sunshine state earlier in the morning, Lindsay Lohan wasted no time in getting straight to work in Miami Beach on Saturday afternoon.
The “Mean Girls” starlet was the picture of beauty as she took to the rooftop of the Raleigh Hotel while striking a range of poses for a Plum magazine photo shoot session.
As set workers catered to her every need, the troubled actress showed off her darling smile as gusts of wind lifted up her dress in a Marilyn Monroe inspired moment.
The trip to Florida comes just after Lindsay was able to secure a restraining order against alleged stalker David Cocordan.
Miss Lohan got the legal system involved after receiving a text message from Cocordan on May 5th reading, “F**king n sucking wit u kkk i need it more thn.”
In her request, Lindsay declared to the court, “I am afraid that this text message shows that Mr. Cocordan intends to sexually assault me.”

Lindsay Lohan calling Paris Hilton “mean” for her rudeness on TV
A report from earlier in the day showed a clip from Paris Hilton‘s upcoming reality show called The World According to Paris. In the clip, Paris visits a woman’s shelter to show how ‘charitable’ she is.
The video shows Paris conversing with a homeless woman to whom she gifts her earrings…
The homeless woman had no idea who Paris Hilton was, thanked her and called her – get this – Lindsay Lohan! Ooops!!!
The ever feuding celebrities have been on the outs for years, and Princess Paris didn’t appreciate the woman mistaking her for her former friend.
In the voice over, Paris can be heard saying; “If I were Lindsay, I’d be stealing earrings. Not giving them away”.
It looks like the word got out to Lindsay, who reportedly responded with; “[Paris] is mean. You don’t have to make fun of serious matters in people’s lives to be funny.”
Well-done to Lindsay for taking the high-road here. We would really wish the two would quit their fighting.
Lindsay Lohan’s theft case sent to L.A. city attorney
Yielding another turn in her legal battle, Lindsay Lohan’s theft case will now be handed off from the county D.A.’s office to the L.A. City Attorney.
Just last month, Judge Stephanie Sautner ruled that 25-year-old’s offense – which stems from the alleged theft of a $2,500 necklace – would be reduced from it’s prior felony status.
As a result of that decision, the district attorney’s office has said, “Because the charge was reduced by the court to a misdemeanor, the district attorney no longer has jurisdiction to prosecute the case and therefore, we will give the case to the Los Angeles city attorney’s office.”
Lindsay, who has already been sentenced to 120 days in behind bars and 480 hours of community service for a probation violation, is expected to enter a no-contest plea in the case against her, which could mean no additional jail time for the actress.

On worrying that job opportunities would go away because of her legal woes: “You know, I’ve made a lot of poor decisions in the past, and I’m dealing with the consequences of those decisions, so there were times I was concerned, but I’m a fighter and I know that I have to work to gain respect back and I’m willing to do the work that I have to do to follow through with being an actress.”
On going to jail: “It was an interesting experience and it was definitely a wake-up call….everything happens for a reason.”
On her aspirations: “I feel like I’ve let a lot of my fans down by putting myself in situations where I wasn’t thinking clearly. I really just want to be the person that I aspire to be…and be in this industry, make movies and do what I love to do.”
