Rosie shopping for Independence Day with her beau Jason Statham

Rosie Huntington Whiteley and Jason Statham were spotted grocery shopping in Malibu, California earlier today, gearing up for a Independence Day bash.
The 24-year-old model and her 38-year-old actor boyfriend were busy filling their shopping cart before unloading their just-purchased holiday goodies (which included staple bbq, staple side dishes and some bottled adult beverages) into their car.
Meanwhile, Rosie has much to celebrate today, as her movie “Transformers 3″ has just earned the title of biggest Fourth of July opening weekend ever!
The Paramount film has taken in over $97.4 million dollars domestically, beating out the previous record held by Spider-Man 2′s $88.2 million opening.
