She was slapped with a lawsuit from a perfume company, and now Britney Spears is fighting back with her own legal action.

According to recent rumors, the “Toxic” songtress has filed a cross-complaint against Brand Sense for delaying her payments for sales of Radiance.

Furthermore, Brit claims that she is owed interest on said delayed payments, given that millions of dollars were involved.

Brand Sense kicked everything off by suing Spears for cutting them out of her deal with Elizabeth Arden.
