Prince William and Kate celebrating Queen’s 85th birthday
All smiles while fulfilling their royal duties, Prince William and Kate stood upon the Buckingham Palace balcony after Trooping the Colour parade in London, England earlier today.
The 29-year-old Duchess of Cambridge looked happy as can be as she watched William, dressed in the same red Irish Guards uniform he wore for their April 29th nuptials and bearskin hat, join his fellow guardsmen and cavalry in the procession.
For Kate’s procession ride, she shared a carriage with Prince Harry, mother-in-law Camilla, and Prince Andrew.
The annual ceremony is held to recognize the birthday of the monarch,though Queen Elizabeth turned 85 on April 21, the celebration is held in the summer, as the weather is better for outdoor events.
